Fees, Payments and Financing

Cosmetic surgery fees are largely based on the estimated length, complexity of surgery and the location the services are provided. Fees for a specific procedure may vary between patients due to differing degrees of complexity. For these reasons, we are unable to quote surgical fees until the time of examination and consultation. Dr. Boudreaux operates out of several facilities on the Northshore. These include Lakeview RMC, St. Tammany Parish Hospital, Fairway Surgical Hospital and the Louisiana Medical Center in Lacombe. Reconstructive surgery is generally covered by medical insurance, although coverage for specific procedures and the levels of coverage may vary greatly. There are a number of "gray areas" in insurance coverage for plastic surgery that sometimes require special consideration by an insurance carrier. Prior authorization is obtained when possible. Prior authorization, however, is not a guarantee of payment.
We offer patient financing through Care Credit, which you can apply for through the link provided. This does not affect our payment policies. Regardless of any loan agreement you may make regarding your cosmetic surgery procedure, our office requires payment in full no less than 7 days prior to your scheduled surgery date. We accept cash, checks and most major credit cards.

Dr. Boudreaux is a member of numerous insurance plans. Refer to your insurance provider directory to confirm his current participation. If your insurance plan requires a referral, you must obtain this from your primary care physician and provide it to us with your insurance card at your first visit.
